Conditions:
* If you wish to cancel your treatment plan at any time, please email us to arrange this. A minimum of 4 weeks’ written notice is required. Early cancellation before the end of your agreed term will incur a $100 exit fee, plus any upcoming scheduled payment.
* Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you give less than 24 hours notice, your treatment will be deducted from your plan.
Below is a few FAQ + Answers to ensure you have everything you need to know over the next few months together 😍
1. What should I do if my payment fails/ I need to change bank details?
You can manage all payments via the Aglow portal by logging in with the username and password you chose at time of signing up. You can access your login here!
2. What should I do prior to my appointment?
- Avoid retinol & exfoliants for 3–5 days prior
- No sunburn or direct sun exposure 5 days before
- Please arrive on time (or a little early!)
- Skip injectables 1 week prior
3. What should I do post treatment?
We’ll always send post care information to you via email so make sure to check your emails!
4. What should I do if I had a response post treatment?
If you’ve had a response take an antihistamine & get your hands on bepanthen or an unscented barrier repair moisturiser + contact Beauty Bar Byford (via email if out of hours) so we can organise a time for you to come sit under our LED.
